Micron-level geometric tolerance control is applied to chain tracks, tensioning mechanisms, and drive shafts, ensuring smooth, precise movement of hinged belts, scrapers, or screws.

  • Excellent Liquid-Tightness & Filtration Engineering: Whether fabricating hinged-belt, scraper, or magnetic-type chip conveyors, WE execute high-specification seamless welding to guarantee 100% liquid-tightness between the conveyor body and the bottom coolant tank, completely preventing leakage. Furthermore, we possess the capability to integrate micron-grade stainless steel wire meshes and oil-water separation mechanisms, achieving highly efficient coolant recycling.

  • Anti-Cutting Oil & High-Adhesion Powder Coating: The conveyor assemblies undergo thorough surface degreasing and chemical pre-treatment before the application of high-end, oil-resistant industrial-grade powder coating. This high-adhesion protective layer effectively seals the metal substrate against the corrosive effects of sulfurized or chlorinated cutting oils, preventing long-term oxidation and drastically extending the equipment's operational lifespan.
